This adventure takes you on the wild trails inside the Cedar forests of Maasser el Shouf & Barouk (Shouf, Mount Lebanon).

• 16:30 - 19:00: Drive to Beirut and optional coffee/ice-cream stop on the way back

• Easy: 2h at very slow pace including regular stops; 4 kms; 100m ascent; 200m descent; 1,650 - 1,850.
• medium: 3h at slow pace including regular stops; 8 kms; 150m ascent; 300m descent; 1,650 - 1,900.
